She has spearheaded innovation in leadership programs, technology skills development, and scalable coaching across various industries. Certified in coaching, NLP, and nervous system regulation, she builds the internal architecture that leaders need to remain grounded, resilient, and human in times of rapid change.

An AI strategist with a background in neuroscience and an Executive MBA from ESADE. With a background in artificial intelligence and machine learning from the University of Texas, she has held leadership positions in marketing and operations in the fashion and retail industries.
