





A scale-up company in Madrid wanted to create an AI Catalyst program: people who understood the technology, knew how to apply it, and, above all, could inspire others to do the same. We formed three cohorts of 20 people from different departments.
Select and train people with non-technical backgrounds to become AI leaders within their teams. Do this in mixed cohorts where no one felt like the “newbie” or the “expert.” And create an internal network that would outlast the program.

A food tech company with more than 1,000 employees in Barcelona wanted its mentoring program to evolve beyond traditional conversations. We designed an experience that combines human coaching with a custom AI agent.
Improve the quality of conversations between mentors and mentees. Equip both with the skills to use AI in their interactions. And do so within an organization where the schedule was already packed.
